Not brave as such, but the Central London office where I often work, is right next to a train station and signage in there is HORRIBLE. I will often offer to help people if I see them lost or help carry their luggage down the stairs if they’re not able to easily (the escalators in the station are notoriously unreliable, breaking down every other week)
