FedEx
I don't think I'll be using FedEx in future. I sent back a mask for repairs (it's one I haven't gone public with yet) and this morning, I received a video of the workshop opening the box and the mask was more damaged than when I sent it. It was also covered in FedEx tape.
The mask was not packed in the same manner I shipped the box in (I packed it in a way that would protect it from being bounced around)
Worse, the box was put UPSIDE DOWN inside the cardboard shipping box, meaning the mask was now bouncing up and down on the lid of the box as it was being transported. It's no surprise it was damaged by the time it was received by the workshop.
Don't use FedEx if this is how they handle your fragile shipments
